The NDT DPG-2 Digital Pit Gauge with IP54, designed based on digital vernier caliper with direct reading, is easy to use and provides fast and accurate measurements of surface pits, gauges, dents, undercuts, etc. The Berg DPG-2 Digital Pit Gauge is made of hardened stainless steel, and its 0.2' (0.5mm) probe diameter will access even the smallest pits. A data output interface makes it possible to connect with a PC or data logger for collecting and analyzing measurements.

The Tank Floor Reaching Pit Gauge and Extension Tube is delivered as a Kit. The Tank Floor Reaching Pit Gauge is 152mm (6") Long and 19mm (3/4") Wide, with End and Center Dial Indicator Mounts. The End Receptacle is fitted with a long 37mm (1.5") Nose Cutout. The Contact Surface of the blade is flat and fitted with 3 Powerful Magnets. The Extension Tube is 91cm (36") long, and can be added to, by purchasing our other models of Extension Tube, resulting in an extension to virtually any length. While intended for Storage Tank Floors, the Dial Indicator Extension Tube can also be used to fit a Pit Gauge into a tight area not normally accessible, or to reach for inaccessible corrosion. The Dial Indicator Extension Tube consists of; the Main Tube, Contact Rod, and Clamp Block.

The Multi-Weld Gauge is a precision instrument that provides an easy to read measurements of the following welding and fit-up parameters; Internal Hi-Lo, Gap, Filet Height and Leg Length, Weld Height, Undercut Depth, Misalignment, and Angle of Preparation. The Multi-Weld Gauge is equipped with 3 separate scales for all measurements. Metric and Imperial (Thousands of an inch and fractions of an inch). Rules for liner measurements are located on the top and bottom of the Front side of the Scale Plate. The Multi-Weld Gauge is also equipped with 7 unique diameter comparators which are half circles in 1/16" to 1/2" in 1/16" increments (1.6mm to 12.7mm in 1.6mm increments) for convenient diameter estimates (Filet Welds, Welding Rod/Wire, etc.)The Multi-Weld Gauge does away with Single Purpose Welding Gauges, by consolidating the functions of the 4 most popular gauges, with over 9 measurement functions. The contrast of the scales against the black background, make the Multi-Weld Gauge extremely easy to read on any of its measurement scales.
